My New Lenovo screen went to black and was loudly beeping every few seconds- I couldn't shut it down nor quiet the unit. Took it immediately to A Laptop, and received immediate attention with early prognosis being the motherboard. Expecting a huge invoice, they found that the unit had a recall notice and immediately fixed the motherboard at no cost. Incredible attention, honest and receptive to quick turnaround. These guys are amazing- you will feel like you still live in a small town, the way they remember your name and your particular brand of dog food- they even go grab the bag and carry out to your car for you. Where and when does that ever happen these days! Super helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. Make a change from the big box pet stores and check these guys out- I promise you won’t regret it.
