Jim, CEO, was in warehousing and distribution for 35 years, starting as a truck driver and working his way up through the ranks of warehousing and into management positions to finally become vice-president of The Crawford Group. After that company was sold, he struck out on his own and together with his wife, Sandy Kay, opened Canadian Alliance Terminals Inc. with a focus on third party warehousing, distribution and transportation services in the Greater Vancouver area. Sandy has an entrepreneurial background and strong skills in Finance and Administration.
