I have been a very loyal and satisfied customer of BMO for 17.5 years at the Cloverdale branch. The customer service tellers are sterling each and every time I go to the bank. Just the other day I was there with my 8 yr. old son helping him with his savings account. Today I got a thank you card in the mail with a handwritten note from Bev a "C.S.R." agent thanking my little guy for his autograph. Now that's how you build future loyal customers little personal touch appreciations.

A few weeks ago I found a new bookstore on lougheed highway beside the smile Thai restaurant.
I went in looking for two specific sets of books. Both of these sets have been difficult for me to collect. so he pulls half the books off the shelves for me and a week later; he lets me know he has found the rest for me.
I love my other two regular stores, but was thrilled to have my work completed for me.
They have a great feel to the store and have an awesome detox tea in their collection. it's worth going in just to smell the different tea blends.
If you turn at benjamin moore paints and drive behind to the end you will see a litte yellow building and that is your destination. Good parking off the lougheed.

Originally the pub was a Bank of Montreal. In fact, the wall behind the bar is where the old vault used to be. When Don and Bernice Gehring purchased the building in the 70's they had the intent to create a neighbourhood pub and chose the name because the tracks he rode on and stole from run east-west right across the street.
