Two or three times he told me a problem was not as bad as I thought and fixed it without a major repair and once directed me to the dealer/manufacturer as I was unaware it was under warranty. Gary and his team are very passionate about their job. They worked hard on identifying a very tricky issue with my car where a component failed without being visible on the computer. They worked late and took the car for a ride until it started to behave as I described.
They have used parts in their shop from dismantled Volvo-s and this is very useful for replacement or nailing down a faulty component.

I have been going to this place for about 5 years now and am overly happy with them. As a female it is incredibly hard to find a mechanic that doesn't rip you off, and since day one they have been more honest and respectful to me then anywhere I have ever dealt with. Of course i priced checked and compared with other companies the first time i dealt with them, and they were hundred yes hundreds less. They will tell you their honest opinion. I owned a lil red civic, and they never got me to put work into things i didn't need and always helped me to keep that lil bugger on the road. They did extras for me, and treated me so well.
