Never had any problems with this place. They're helpful and make sure you have the right component, prices are great and you get what you want quickly. I haven't tried their online ordering but it's very easy to get to their store - right behind the Ikea off of Knight St.

I sell new and rent flat water and white water open canoes, do minor mechanical repairs with custom cutting of wooden parts.
