Born in Marin County, and trained at the CIA (Culinary Institute of America, not the other one), Jim has spent over 20 years preparing some pretty mind-blowing good food for people. And yes, we do make our food from scratch, all the way down to the mayo. That’s the way chef Romer wants it and that’s the way we do it. Our burgers?
