Samjae Taekwondo is an Olympic-style Taekwondo school. Located in Conception Bay South and Paradise, Newfoundland and Labrador, Samjae Taekwondo is family oriented and recreational. With a focus on discipline and fitness, Samjae Taekwondo is an excellent fit for the martial arts enthusiast, as well as the newcomer. Instruction centers on core techniques, as well as application in self-defence. Membership is open to students from age 4 and up, with family discounts available. As an Olympic style Taekwondo school, Samjae Taekwondo uses a competitive style and high impact foam flooring for its sparring training. Head instructor, Mr. Ian Crocker is a kukkiwon certified 4th Dan Black Belt with National Refereeing and competition experience.

I'm an home based baker with 15 years experience. Trained at CONA in the Culinary Arts Program and worked in the food industry for a few years until I decided to stay home and raise my family. I have always cooked and baked for family and friends, now that my kids are grown I have time to pursue my passion and dream of owning my own business.
