I’ve been to all the “big name” corporate places that charge more and often leave me disappointed, until I found Carcone’s. They have excellent service with quality work, they show you a variety of options for parts and charge much lower than the “big name” autoshops. I went in on a whim looking for winter tires. Anne at the front (and Brian) spent a lot of time explaining the options available for some rims I had at home as well as the ones on the car. in order to try and save me some fees. They were happy to help, even though I made it known I just wanted a quote. Definitely worth going back for actual maintenance, excellent customer service.
