Rugged Fitness offers high quality personal training at the park, in-home, or at a small, well-equipped garage studio in Saanich. Every workout is designed specifically for the client and is fun and engaging. Stu (Owner/Head Trainer) has trained a wide variety of clients since 2006 and completed a BSc in Kinesiology from the University of Victoria in 2010. He is insured and certified through the NSCA and holds the title of Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist. Whether you are a beginner looking to build strength and functionality or an athlete looking to increase your performance, Stu has the knowledge and experience to help you succeed.
