He took the time to problem solve a difficult and unique situation which others had told us could not be solved. The excellent service from Active Lock and Safe started when we phoned, Tess couldn't have been nicer and ensured we got quick and immediate service. Conrad installed our jet pump 10 years ago after our local contractor "gave up" on our twice replaced troublesome pump. Conrad also gave us sound advice about matching the new pump with a reservoir tank. Since then, we have had no problems with the supply water at our cottage. Recently, we asked Conrad for advice on relocating this pump. We followed their advice and all went well... we certainly will come to Conrad for anything to do with jet pumps...THANK YOU CONRAD!
