I help people learn to deal with personal problems that are impacting their life negatively. My approach is client-centered, however I often include the use of CBT and DBT strategies to assist clients in making the changes they want. Changing our patterns of thinking and behaving isn't easy, even when you know that it's needed. My role is to support, guide and encourage you in this process.
