I took my laptop thinking it needed major repair. They were quick to diagnose it. They explained what the problem was and how to fix it. They gave me the option of used parts if I couldn't afford new parts. Their hourly rate is a lot cheaper than other places. They even charged me for only half an hour of labour even though it clearly took longer. I am more then satisfied with their service. I highly recommend you take your computer to them for repairs. I have been frequenting this store for a number of years and love the ever changing variety of goods they carry. I like that they use where possible suppliers and supplies that are local or from other parts of Canada. I have a sofa from them which is perfect. I have a chair I purchased from them and they covered for me. Excellent work in matching the upholstery design, making extra cushions. Currently I have on order bookcases and a desk - all will be made locally.
