We chose this location as it served both brunch and lunch options on Sundays and it takes reservation through OpenTable. We tried the breakfast manouche, lamb sausage with poached eggs and lamb kafta. Both were very good and flavorful. Their daily juice special was made with fresh ginger and it gave it a nice kick. Our approach is very much old-fashioned...we work from whole sides of beef, pork, and lamb so that we can prepare steaks, roasts and racks just as you like. Custom cuts and special orders are always welcome. We take great pains to ensure our meat is tender and flavourful by dry aging our beef from 21 to over 40 days. In fact you can select specific cuts from hanging ribs which are dry aging in the window of our shop's walk-ibn cooler. - - At Sebastian and Co we make all our artisanal sausage from scratch, with freshly chopped herbs and no nitrates, preservatives or meat binders added. We smoke our own bacon, hams and other deli items.
