I would not hesitate recommending Anta Plumbing. I’m a student working part time and I really didn’t want to have to pay weekend rates for a plumber, but I really needed my toilet to work again. Check valve on pump found to be not working correctly thus laundry tubs not able to drain properly with pump cycling off and on. Cameron came and problem solved the issue to a satisfactory outcome. As we live in Holland landing its always nice to support the local business. We found the the business to offer efficient service, a personable and competent employee and fair pricing. In the Spirit is the brainchild of Debi Niven, a local business owner. The studio offers Hatha, Restorative and Yin yoga classes both LIVE and ONLINE - tailored to the physical needs and fitness levels of its students. Live classes are small and they are mirror-free to encourage an intimate, non-judgmental atmosphere. Series classes are also offered throughout the year such as Beginner, Strength and Balance & Core Chair Yoga. Special workshops include Hot Stone Restorative Yoga, Release, Relax and Refresh and a monthly 90-minute Restorative class. Our monthly Feel Good Friday's is a karma class raising money for local charities in Scarborough.
