I have my two vehicles transmission rebuild at JP Transmission. Before taking my vehicle to this shop I got second opinions and estimates from other shops. JP’s estimate lower than other shops with same warranty. Pav the owner of this shop was helpful, honest and provided different options to repair my vehicle. After someone tried to steal my car and trashed my ignition Kirmac did a great job of getting me back on the road. Extremely friendly and businesslike. I did have a small problem with a warning light after the work was done. I went back and once again got excellent service. Everyone was great. Problem solved. I cannot speak for the sales team years ago, when my son and I wanted to buy a new 2018 Escape and was on the car lot and nobody paid us any attention for over 30 minutes.
