Cafe Diplomatico was first opened in 1968 by Rocco Mastrangelo Sr., shortly thereafter younger brother Paul came on board. On April 8, 2011 we opened Trattoria Taverniti. Each day we are in the kitchen making our pomodoro sauce, meatballs, gnocchi, lasagna, chicken eggplant parmigiana, tiramisu, and other delicious foods - all from scratch.

Sidecar emphasises simple preparation with fresh ingredients and uncomplicated presentations. A small menu helps to ensure freshness and expedite service, elevating the overall dining experience while maintaining a focus on value. Sidecar succeeds in combining a high level of food and service not normally available at these price levels.

Ba-Li Laffa is a full-service Kosher COR supervised restaurant that offers authentic Middle Eastern cuisine and flavours. "Ba-Li Laffa", meaning "I feel like having a Laffa" in Hebrew, is a Mediterranean Grill with two locations, (North and South), conveniently located on Bathurst St., home to many of Toronto's Jewish community. All of our food is made fresh on the spot without any preservatives. We do not compromise on taste using the freshest ingredients that can compliment any healthy lifestyle. Our menu includes freshly-baked laffas, (and pitas too), stuffed with delicious Israeli favourites such as Falafel, Shawarma, Chicken or Lamb Shish Kebobs, and a variety of in-house salads and spreads, including, Israeli Salad, Hummus, Umba, and Makbuka, to name but a few. All of these can be ordered, individually, or as family platters. In addition to these signature dishes, Ba-Li Laffa is also recognized for many other culinary delicacies such as their Chinese food specials and
