I don't appreciate the other "SarahBaker" using my name to spread such lies. I've been a member since march 2011 and have loved every minute! I've tried regular gyms, team sports and going for daily walks and after a few weeks I would loose motivation, get bored and never see results. I've lost 6 pant sizes in about 5 months and have been going 3-5 times a week since I joined. I've NEVER done that for longer than a few weeks in the past!! AND I now look forward to working out. I became a member of RSF January 2014. The ownership had just changed. At that time the place was not that well kept. The new owner has completely changed things around: New equipment, repainting, saunas cleaned and refinished. They have done a great job. Love going there now. Just keeps getting better.
