I don't appreciate the other "SarahBaker" using my name to spread such lies. I've been a member since march 2011 and have loved every minute! I've tried regular gyms, team sports and going for daily walks and after a few weeks I would loose motivation, get bored and never see results. I've lost 6 pant sizes in about 5 months and have been going 3-5 times a week since I joined. I've NEVER done that for longer than a few weeks in the past!! AND I now look forward to working out. I started working there in August, and haven't looked back. We don't pressure or intimidate. We just want you to give your best. Whatever that may be. I joined Posener's Pankration to improve my healthy since I was diagnosed with borderline cholesterol. After 4 months of Cardio Muay Thai Kickboxing I have improved my blood. I have high respect for Simon, he is a man with a warm soul, he does not make you feel as a source of income but rather as a human being willing to improve as a person, you can feel the passion he pours on his academy, the walls around the building proudly show the long history and respect he has for his trade.
