Excellent restaurant!! Portions plus petites qu’au moment où ils étaient à La Prairie. Le personnel de service était peu expérimenté et a fait quelques erreurs que je propriétaire n’a pas hésité à compenser après discussion. Decided to try Zola's breakfast again...it was excellent. I had breakfast several months previously and did not find it very good. However this visit was excellent. I had the breakfast special...two eggs over easy with sausage and homefries. The eggs and sausage were very good. The home fries are at least equal to any I have tasted in the city. breakfast come with a fabulous fresh fruit cup and a rosemary spiced grilled tomatoe and great artisan ancient grain bread. I have finally found my breakfast place of choice.No need to go elsewhere best breakfast in the city.

I have traveled around the world more than once in my life time, and La Piazza is on my top 3 Italian Restaurants. There is a science to cooking pasta right, you cant just throw everything in a pan and cook it. You can tell they take their time with each dish, and it just tastes magnificent. I originally went for a business meeting, and some how the meeting started to revolve around the food. Great tasting Italian food Period.

An Italian restaurant that was happy to accommodate a garlic, wheat, and dairy free constraints.
The food was delicious and they did everything in their power to ensure we could eat what came to our table. Our server Wendy was amazing.

We were greeted at the door by a respectful very friendly young woman named kirsten, then brought to our nice roomy comfortable booth at the side of the restaurant. we were greeted by our server straight away, Tina, who Brought our first round of drinks. Once we saw the menu we ordered nice and quickly, the menu was quite detailed. Salad and bread was brought to our table and the feast began. when tina brought our food to the table i joked that i might have to take it home. I was able to eat a couple of pieces and she kindly packed the rest up for me.
I enjoyed the NY theme in this resaurant. I will return to this east side mario's often i had a great time and felt like i was a guest in their home.
