The Roost is located on Highland House Farm, a 10 acre hobby farm located at the corner of McTavish and East Saanich Roads, in North Saanich BC. The bakery serves up farm fresh breakfast, hearty soups and sandwiches, salads, quiche, breads, pies and other sweet treats. We also serve thin crust pizza from our wood fired pizza oven! We are one of the only places in Canada that grows and mills our own wheat on site for use in our bread and baked goods.
