Philip & Judy Ratzlaff are serving the best fish tacos, nasi goreng, gourmet hot dogs, and ice cream, as well as Drumroaster coffee, in the heart of Cowichan Bay village.
All items are purchased locally.
The fish is from Cowichan Bay Seafood, purchased fresh daily. The buns are from True Grain Bread, baked fresh daily. Wieners are custom made at Duncan Butcher, 85% meat, gluten free, and hardwood smoked. The elk wieners are exclusive to Get Phil'd Up. The sodas are craft brewed by Phillip's Brewery in Victoria, using natural ingredients. The ice cream is purchased from Island Farms, and we add pure Vanilla to it to make it more flavourful. The coffee we serve is roasted just up the hill at Drumroaster Coffee
There is gluten free options for most menu items.
