I must say that the previous post is extremely dramatized, and someones in-aquatic post slanders persons without holding any kind of weight due to free posting on this section. Kaitlin is by far respectful, professional and on her game. I have never had any problem with the service, beverage or food ( and i love my beach bar ) at this starbucks or with Kaitlin.
The overall service at this location is top notch ! The people working here should be very proud of themselves to be able to serve the hundreds a day with the same quality and service as the first person that enters the doors when its open in the morning ! I rate the store and all employees 10/10 thanks for your continued dedication to all downtown persons !

I always go to drive thrus but what happened to me today at starbucks made my day. Brent and Alisha (I believe) were the kindest souls they were so kind and were filled with positive energy. To be honest we need more people like this to have customers smile at the end or beginning of their day.

Andy Jun started as a salesman for a Cabinet Refacing company and he worked for them for duration of two years. During that time he realized customers were not provided with superior service and employees were not treated with respect. This was upsetting and was the moment when Andy saw the opportunity for his own company. He knew that he could provide a professional experience for customers and employees. Andy resigned from that company and opened his own company; ReNu Kitchen was formed and was excelling from the start in 2006. Andy had many opportunities to grow as a company by expending to difference cities, but he decided against this as he wanted to stay in Windsor and take time to care for his customers and provide them the best service possible by maintaining services in Windsor & Essex county area. In July of 2009, HOME DEPOT contacted Andy and offered for him to become one of their refacing contractor. Additionally, Andy also acquired a contract from SEARS Canada.
