We first saw Waterworks at the home and garden show many years back. Every time visiting the showroom after, we were greeted by our first names. We were so taken with the great customer service that we chose waterworks to complete our extra large residential pond. Excellent Service. Awesome Prices. I took my van for an oil change and I asked if he could try to get my spare tire to drop down (it is under the van in the middle). I have had another shop try to get the tire down with no success, Dale was able to take the bracket apart and get my spare tire off for me. Now if I need to use it can. :)
