Robert F. Goddard, Barrister & Solicitor - over two decades of experience in criminal law and front-line advocacy, including appeals. Bob graduated from law school in 1990. He practiced criminal law in Toronto until 1994, when he was hired by the Queen’s University Correctional Law Project, of the Faculty of Law. After 20 yrs at Queen’s, Bob returned to private practice. Throughout his years at Queen’s, in addition to teaching, Bob directly represented clients with a variety of matters. He has argued more than 50 cases before the Court of Appeal. He can help you reverse a wrongful conviction, or reduce an unfair sentence. Bob has extensive experience with prison law matters, such as parole hearings and disciplinary court.
