In the process the Van Maren's have earned a wealth of experience that has enabled them to better serve their clients and create a successful business. In 2002 Eric and Bernie Van Maren decided to end their involvement in the construction business and concentrate their energies on their financing and development business. Art Van Maren stayed in the construction business and re-launched the company as VanMar Constructors Inc. Since 2002 VanMar has completed a host of projects including 8 health care campuses which include assisted living, independent living, complex care, dementia units, adult day care, child day care and walk in clinics.
