Brought my 2010 in for recall service with low expectations. It took a few days longer than I liked but my expectations were exceeded. They did 2 recalls, one for airbag {takata) and the other the ABS brake flush. They never tried to upsell me and did a good job on my car. I wish they would call to update more, but it is easy enough to call them, they don't hesitate to answer calls. In the end I am very happy.

In the Spirit is the brainchild of Debi Niven, a local business owner. The studio offers Hatha, Restorative and Yin yoga classes both LIVE and ONLINE - tailored to the physical needs and fitness levels of its students. Live classes are small and they are mirror-free to encourage an intimate, non-judgmental atmosphere. Series classes are also offered throughout the year such as Beginner, Intermediate and Strength Chair Yoga as well as Chakra Yin and Yin for the Brain & Nervous System. Special workshops include Hot Stone Restorative Yoga, Release, Relax and Refresh and a monthly 90-minute Restorative class.
