has been amazing. The last couple times I have been in the store, I have been helped by Joseph. He has gone over and above of what I'm sure he's expected to do, in order to satisfy the customer. I've so greatful for his helpful information, and for the time he puts into getting the customer exactly what they need. I'll 100% be back for anything else i may need in the future. I have been a client of Northern Lights Optometry for over 5 years. Their front end customer service is excellent and Drs. Kisser and Gorrell have provided me with the best of vision care. I recently got multi-focals through them but they did not work for me, so, free of charge, they remade them into computer glasses, which are fantastic.
