I am very mechanical as my father owned a garage and I've worked on cars all my life, so this was the first time buying from a dealer so I was a bit nervous. I bought a high-mileage van and they fixed a front shock I said was faulty and they gave me a price break and the van's been working well for over a year now. He made a point of assuring me that I would get exactly what I wanted and he would take the time to make sure I was 100% happy with the final product.
