To say my dealings with Tri County Ford were good would be an understatement. Our new F150 is just amazing but it was made even more incredible because of the team at Tri County. We had no intention of getting a new Ford and because of some bad experiences at a different Ford location we were actually going to go to a different brand. Dr. Carrie Terry is wonderful. I have a fairly severe dental phobia because of several bad experiences with dentists. I had not been to a dentist for quite a few years when a filling fell out and I had to go, but my former dentist had retired. I found Dr. Terry in the phone book so I wasn't sure what to expect. She was calm, reassuring, careful, and put me at ease. She answered my questions. Her hygienist was great too. Highly recommended.

Today I accidentally locked my keys in my car !!! I have never done this in my life !!! To make matters worse my dog and my cell phone were in there , Luckily a friend lived near so I went there and she called BUTTS, then drove me to my car. A service man was there and got my car unlocked I believe his name was Chad . When he left I proceeded to leave and got stuck in deep snow. He had seen this and came back and got me out , HUGE SHOUT OUT to this man and EXCELLENT SERVICE. Lena S.
