Here is the Moss Park-based meeting place for the city's bon vivants, a warm, welcoming atmosphere where drinks and hospitality flow in equal measure. Food served within the disco ball glitz of this spot is unpretentious, favouring small plates so tables can share more than a great evening. Some of the down-home offerings include pork rib, sea bass and jerk Cornish hen. The latest creation from Nota Bene owners Yannick Bigourdan, David Lee and Franco Prevedello, the Carbon Bar is a casual den with an endearingly classy vibe.
Good bbq, fun atmosphere. Surprisingly good cocktails. A bit too much of a downtown after work vibe for my taste, but still a good experience.Read more

Peoples Eatery's a-la-carte menu is themed around Spadina Avenue, in Chinatown, Toronto, which was once the Jewish neighbourhood of the city. The menu at once covers the history of the strip, the East-Asian present, and the future, which we see as culturally broad-ranging (though the dishes are never 'fusion'). Designed to be eaten without cutlery, it's a dining experience that is definitely unique: please check out our menu on the website listed below.
