A group was organized, in the winter of 2005, to form Sunrise Radio Broadcasting Association. A board of Directors elected and incorporated, under the society act of British Columbia, as a non-profit association March 29, 2006.In April 2007, the CRTC had an intervention on our behalf, to broadcast as a community station, as a part of the CIAM broadcasting family, in the Fort St. John area. In August 2007, equipment was purchased through CIAM.
