Paul Lynn Paul Williams and Lynn Kanuka opened their first store in White Rock back in 1996 after they had retired from competitive running and representing Canada on the international stage. Both had very successful careers. Lynn won a gold medal at the Commonwealth Games in 1986, a bronze medal at the Los Angeles Olympics in 1984, finished first in the Fifth Avenue Mile in New York in 1985, won a bronze medal at the Cross Country Championships in 1989 and won the Vancouver Sun Run three times. Paul won a gold medal at the Seattle Goodwill Games, a bronze medal at the New Zealand Commonwealth Games, both in 1990, and he won The Vancouver Sun run in 1988 and 1992. He attended three Olympic Games, representing Canada in 5000 and 10,000 metre track events. Easy to see why after their racing careers they decided to open a store focused on running.
