I am a Certified Consulting Hypnotist with the National Guild of Hypnotists, an international body based in the U.S. I have a Masters degree in Sociology with a focus on Social Psychology. For the past 18 years I have been studying metaphysics with Disciples of a Tibetan Lama so I take a metaphysical approach to my work. In my practice I see a wide range of challenges that people carry: anxiety, stress, depression, sexual, physical and psychological abuse, PTSD, addiction, sleep disturbances, side effects of cancer, smoking cessation and weight management. Often, they turn to their external lives to look for the cause of the problem but actually its our internal life that holds the key. Hypnosis allows us to access the subconscious and change the mental set that worked in the past but is holding us back now.
