I’ve had my accounts there for over 40 years and have never experienced a mistake in my transactions unlike another institution that I will not mention. All banks and credit unions have reduced staffing and employee shuffling since covid 19 raised it’s ugly head. I have never had a hard time getting thru on the phone nor experienced rude staffing. Once or twice longer line ups, but no different than anywhere else. I have been looked after in a professional manner for many years.

Danny, Andy, John, Jona, Kevin. Just a solid bunch of guys! They work their butts off to make sure you get approved even if your credit is bad. They make something work.
