I can only comment on customer service in 2023 as I haven't been there requiring anything complicated for quite awhile but there have been staff changes. The staff there now have been good to me, and twice lately have been very kind and helpful when I wasn't even buying anything.

Honestly, I am no superstar fitness model with a shredded six pack (ha! surprise!) and I have battled this area of my body my whole life. It has by far been the most frustrating area to get 'control' over and to feel confident . I like to eat and drink wine, I work full-time and I don't have time to workout all day (even though I am a studio owner and personal trainer / fat loss coach), I am a mother of 3 school-age kids and quickly approaching age forty – probably the same as most of the 'normal' women out there.But this is my real life: I have battled weight gain and fluctuations for my entire adult life and have conquered multiple pregnancies with an already too big belly. I know that there are lots of women who 'got their body back' after pregnancy (I personally wasn't looking to get my body 'back' after pregnancies, I was still looking for a good one!) or are more genetically blessed with a smaller waistline than I was naturally endowed.
