The Stretch and Strength class really helped improve my flexibility and core strength. Exercises are very innovative and challenging and the instructor provided excellent feedback. It offers all the styles of dance you'd be interested in! Classes are split up according to age level and ability which allows all students to learn and develop over the course of the year. The Studio moved to its current location in 1997 to offer its clients expanded space and a newer facility. Since then the studio has enjoyed many years of dance and performances. It has made steady growth since its expansion, particularly in the area of adult programs and an increase in male dancers.
