I purchased a demo from the shop and the bike mechanics did an excellent job adjusting the geometry. I’m pretty finicky and came back to ask for a different handlebar width and they switched it out without charging me. Good mechanics and great service.

I highly recommend Sweet Pete's. The staff are knowledgeable, friendly, and attentive to detail. I recently rented a bike from Sweet Pete's so I could join the local group rides. The staff set me up with a sweet ride that was just the right size for me, and included a saddle bag and flat kit. Curbside Cycle began - not surprisingly ? by the side of the curb, about twenty years ago. Back then we were just a slightly legal tent, a variety of ever-changing locations, and a pretty clear idea about what was missing in the market. Our focus, from the beginning on, was the neglected city cyclist. At the time we were one of many ragtag operations across North America turning old road bikes into flat bar bikes, a trend the bicycle industry later turned into a bike called the hybrid. Around the same time the hybrid was developed we finally acquired storefront in the much desired Annex neighbourhood of Toronto. Sure, we moved a couple feet away from the curb, but we always remained Curbside, a store dedicated to that strip of road beside the curb that the city cyclist occupies.
The Retül Motion Capture system is the most advanced dynamic bike fitting system in the industry. In the past, fitting has been limited to static measurements made at specific points in the pedal stroke. While this is a good method, it does not allow measurements to be taken while actively riding. The Retül system captures real-time, 3D, millimeter-specific data from 8 anatomical points on each side of the body with extreme accuracy. The large amounts of data allows the Retül certified fitter to asses everything from the riders position to how they move on the bike, as well as asses any pain or discomfort while riding. They will look at individual points as well as how all the body moves as a whole. The goal of a fit is to optimize balance and comfort in the overall position of a rider while they are riding their bike. Retül has established optimal ranges for each angle of the body involved in cycling.

Many of our students have pursued their education in dance and choreography at professional schools and universities. Some of them have become professional artists in their own right. All have acquired a true appreciation and love for dance.
