The estimator was professional, thorough, helpful and empathetic through the obviously trying time of losing a car. He attentively listened to the story of my daughters collision and did a comprehensive look-over of the damage. He produced a detailed computer report. Without telling us what to do, he noted that even if it was repaired, there could be hidden damage. All this helped us make a decision about the car.

We were visiting Kits from Armstrong and our truck started making an obnoxious clunking. These guys were able to fit us in same day, keep in contact to let us know what was going on and we were out the door with a drive-able truck before the day was over.

I’ve been coming here for 5 years for waxing, the odd facial, but most of all massage. They helped me through a terrible illness I was battling. I was going to see them for deep tissue massage 2 times a week during my active treatment. I’m a tough client to deal with as half my body is numb and my pain is extremely deep but they were amazing!!! I can’t rant and rave enough about them all here. Classes were hatha style classes, linking asanas in a flow-like sequence with emphasis on breathing and alignment.Open Door Yoga remains a predominantly hatha yoga studio. Power, restorative, prenatal, parent & baby, kids, yin & intermediate-advanced power yoga are also part of the schedule as well as many yoga and other workshops.Currently, Open Door Yoga has expanded to 4 locations:Main Street @ 15th, Main Street @ 14th, Commercial Drive and Kerrisdale (@ 6158 East Boulevard)Style of Yoga taught...We teach a hatha style yoga, linking asanas with breath and mindful awareness.
