Since opening up the Kickstart Taekwondo Do-jang in Etobicoke, Master Ivan has been actively coaching and competing provincially, nationally & internationally. Known for his patience, and a passionate approach to teaching, he provides a laid back, comfortable learning environment for his students. Master Ivan excels at working with children of all skills sets, and learning curves.

Singing Lotus Yoga Studio has been a part of the Kingsway community since September 2001. From the beginning, it has been our intention to provide a place where people of all ages and levels of fitness, can practice yoga and pilates in a non-competitive and supportive environment while building community (sanga) with each other. This intention has fostered a community environment that has expanded beyond the practice of yoga and pilates. As a physical practice, both yoga and pilates contribute toward developing greater physical strength and flexibility
