I've been getting manicures and pedicures ever since arthritis prevented me from doing my own (over 15 years). This is one of the best places I've ever been to.
The site was clean and airy, the only waiting time was while they filled the footbath with water, and the service was excellent. They did an excellent job, even though I'm *extremely* ticklish. The prices are in line with other places in Guelph.
I've been going there for over 7 years, and won't go anywhere else.

Velvet is a lovely place to go to ; bustling with chatter, music and laughter ! I enjoy the time I spend there, and needless to add, the service is amazing . I have never had a single complaint . In fact , my only wish is that they open a branch closer to my residence ! Neelam, Karamjit, Gulseema, are all like family now .

I had car trouble on Friday and drove directly to Canadian Tire for help. They were able to fit me in an I had great service from Steve K in the shop. He spoke to me in plain English and presented the options and outcomes. After he fixed the problem, he let me see the work. Repair work is unpleasant at the best of times, but I really appreciated and respected the quality of work and customer service Steve and the team provided at this store. I've been doing business with this pharmacy for so many years (25+) I can't remember when we started. It's too bad and unfair that the pharmacy is getting bad reviews because of (CANADA POST).
