I encountered Alexander about 4 years ago when I started experiencing severe neck and back pains from work and competitive dancing. My first visit to Alexander was my first contact with any osteopathic, naturopathic or chiropractor-style treatments. He made me feel very comfortable, explained the cause of the pain, what I can do to mitigate it and what I can do to prevent it. It was happy hour (Mon & Wed ?8-10 pm) which offers various appetizers for lower prices. They were delicious - I especially recommend the crab cakes and calamari. The sangria is served in a small pitcher and was filled with fruit and is very refreshing.Overall, it was a great dining experience, the server was attentive and friendly.
