Inner Voice Counselling is a full service counselling practice in Vancouver, offering counselling for life skills and coping strategies to both individuals and groups. We offer individual counselling sessions for adults of all ages, as well as teenagers. Counselling groups are often a way to experience therapy in the presence of people who have similar experiences (or different experiences with similar coping challenges). Relationship counselling can be between two people (e.g., a couple, friends, family members, etc.) or more (e.g., entire families). Inner Voice Workshops are structured workshops that address issues of self-esteem, self-assertion and self-knowledge. We have an open depression support group.
