I saw Dr. Kerr twice this week. As always he’s just so friendly and approachable. He made a very kind gesture to me which helped a lot, although I won’t share what it was. I also met Jen for the first time. She was awesome and a good laugh. With 12 (yes 12) crowns coming my way, I’m sure I’ll be spending some time there. I used this company on two occasions to service two separate Eurostar irons purchased by family members. Both were extremely happy with the product - they just needed a tune up after years in use. Both “fixes” were done promptly and effectively at minimal cost. The downside was the location out in Springbank but it was very easy to access. Found customer service to be very good.

My experience for the last several years has simply been excellent. The office staff is very professional, including coordination with insurance company. The office is clean welcoming and comfortable for the clients with a massage chair. The hygienists are very proactive in ensuring client comfort during the process, including setting up your TV channel to watch. The dentists are very welcoming and review your dental health in a proactive manner answering your questions. Great service. Thanks
