Super impressed with the team at Fix Auto in Brooks. My vehicle was in an accident and required a lot of work to get it up and back on the road. They got my car in right away, were very friendly, called me weekly with updates and had my car finished and like new back to me in 13 days! A full week sooner than I was expecting even with the additional damages that were found when the panels were removed. The customer service and quality of work were impressive. I went to get my tires changed here earlier and there was a slight miscommunication between me and one of his employees. Regardless, I really appreciated the fact that the owner took complete accountability for the miscommunication , and even when things got heated, he maintained utmost professionalism. I've been going there roughly for 6 years and spent about $5000 thousand dollars,and the manager and staff very well,i spoke to the owner about a part time job and he told the manager to hire me,I've asked her numerous times to just give me a chance and if it didn't work out no hard feelings,but I'm thinking it's decrimanation as I'm 65,so i will never go back to Bubbles again,i can save $90.00 plus a month doing it myself and then i know it's done to my standards.
