I called, they came the same day, it was fixed immediately. Quality Appliance Service is the best appliance service company I've ever used. I am still waiting on the other company that took a week to come out, promise a part a week later, then not return calls 6 weeks.

The man that runs this shop is amazing! Went there to fix my 9 year old's flat tire and he was very nice and went above and beyond even putting a rubber seal band before her new tube! I recommend this shop to anyone with bicycle needs!
