My counselling practice focuses on Marriage Counselling and helping Individuals with Depression, Anxiety (all types), Eating Disorders and Trauma Symptoms. I am very dedicated to my profession. I use Cognitive Behavoural Therapy (CBT), Traumatic Incident Reduction (TIR), Mindfulness, and the Gottman Method Couples Therapy. I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC), a Canadian Certified Counsellor (CCC), and Certified Gottman Couples Therapist (CGT): I have practiced as a Counsellor for over 17 years. I have a Master’s Degree in Counselling Psychology (UBC). My office is in the heart of Richmond, BC., Canada.

Or Shalom is a synagogue affiliated with Aleph, the umbrella organization of Jewish Renewal communities. While every Jewish Renewal Community is unique, we have the common values of a willingness to explore and experiment with our traditions in an effort to draw closer to God and the Jewish soul. The Cat Sanctuary sits on 6 acres of serene, suburban farmland. There are 2 main buildings and 12 smaller ones, including a kitten house and 2 feline 'AIDS' houses. Enclosed decks on the main buildings provide our indoor cats with access to fresh air and sunshine. Cats lounge comfortably on cushions, couches and in special cat beds. Our tame and feral felines cohabitate peacefully and contentedly.
