If she doesnt have the answers, she doesnt try to fake it-- she researches it and she cares about the human behind the problem and what effect each treatment will have on them and their lives. This outfit was recommended to me to get a little bumper scratch fixed. It occurred most likely at a parking lot. My contact person at the outfit was Matt. He treated me with utmost respect and amazed me when he declined to accept a token price we had agreed upon. The amount involved was not a lot but his humanity came through.
