My car was towed last night and I called them last night and went to the tow yard but nobody answered phoned and nobody was at yard. I went today and the owner explained that he was away and his employee forgot to forward the office phone...he was super nice and waived the storage fee and dolly fee for us:)

We hired SAPPHIRE Security for a week long event that we hosted. needed a car towed asap. Called the night on tuesday evening to see about wednesday morning, thursday way available but they managed to sneak me in wednesday just like i wanted. Driver showed up 30 mins early and called and I wasnt there but was on my way and she waited until i arrived at 8:50. didnt bail like i thought they would. good experience and got $50 for getting ride of my headache. Cant remember the drivers name but she was excellent and very pleasant and genuine.
