Bob does amazing carpet cleaning work that's above and beyond the rest, he's very thorough, and explains in great detail his process for cleaning carpets. I'm very impressed with the work he has done in our Condo Building common areas. Wonderful service. Gordon came out within a few days and took care of a variety of ants: carpenter, red, ordinary and the really small ones. He carefully sprayed both patios and all around the foundation of the house. Since then, we have seen a couple but Gordon assured me that within a few days they would be gone.
We also really appreciated his honesty in explaining that because our 2 acre property is rural, they may come back and need more treatments.
