Classic Displays started as a small operation in 1977 out of a garage in Mississauga, Ontario and has since grown to become one of the country’s leaders in Christmas Displays. Started when Wayne Tucker began producing Christmas/Holiday decorations with his father as a part time job, Classic Displays quickly grew as it earned the reputation as an up and coming business in the outdoor enhancement field.
In 1985 it was time to grow the company into a more year round business. A flag and banner division was added allowing Classic Displays to continue to service their existing clients in the summer months, strengthen those relationships as well as creating new ones.
In 1990 Classic Displays’ added a site furnishing division. Initially manufacturing site furnishings in steel and wood, Classic Displays began using recycled plastic lumber and as a result has become the Canadian leader in the manufacturing and sales of maintenance free site furniture manufactured from recycled plastic lumber.
This place is overpriced for what you get. My friend and I shared a light dinner, a glass of wine each and tea, and our bill (with tip and tax) came to $100. I ordered the gnocci in tomato sauce, which was very good, and the bread was tasty. But for a meatless meal with no dessert and no appetizer, the prices are too high. It seems like you're paying for atmosphere. The service was pretty good, but at the end when it got busier we had to signal for service. I think there's better value out there for the money.
